Daily Duties at Ky River Community Care:
When I first started with Kentucky River Community Care I waited on the customer, made appointments, collected payment, called insurance company, entered tickets to be billed, answered phones, helped the Therapist, filed, and etc. Then I moved to another location and I filed, answered phone, coded bills, mailed payments and mailed paychecks. I was then moved again and I coded bills for a number of different companies, printed checks, coded bills, filed, billed for special programs and etc.
