Designed and established the new Department of Guest Services. Recruited, interviewed, hired, trained, and managed staff and volunteers. Created and implemented front of house policies, staff and volunteer procedural manuals. Executed finance/budget procedures, audit controls, policies, quality control programs for consistent, exceptional patron satisfaction. Coordinated and managed 800 events from beginning to end; including staffing and guest services.
