Performed secretarial support to paralegal of a mid-size medical malpractice and plaintiff's personal injury firm, including heavy dictaphone transcription, preparation of all manner of legal documentation including deposition abstracts, prepared deposition notices and subpoenas, scheduled depositions, prepared firm calendar, light filing, answered telephones, provided switchboard relief on a weekly basis.
