Daily Duties at Audio Advisors:

Responsible for matching packing slips and purchase orders to vender invoices, ensuring proper pricing, coding and entering all vendor invoices into A/P systems to ensure timely payment. Accurately entered transactions into proprietary company accounting system. Prepared invoices for check runs. Filed processed and paid invoices. Responsible for communicating with vendors and providing customer service for all A/P related questions/issues. Reconciled statements from vendors. Responsible for printing and verifying the time clock, matching employee work orders with timesheets and time clock. Prepared the hourly employee report for payroll. Enter work order time and data on customer tickets for billing. Prepared New Hire packets, verified returned packets were complete and filed the necessary forms with the state. Ensured all federal and state labor law compliance postings were up to date.
