Daily Duties at Ford Personnel, Inc.:
Assisted various law firms and prepared correspondence, memorandums, litigation, real estate, medical malpractice, patent and trademark and securities documents, filed documents with the proper courts, set up spreadsheets, and organized client files. From April, 2001 – September, 2001, four employees of Ford Personnel helped with Dorsey & Whitney’s Inc.’s completion of a conversion from WordPerfect to Word. Mainly assisted their Intellectual Property Department because of my recent legal assignments with Townsend, Townsend & Crew where I prepared IDS forms, correspondence to their clients and the USPTO, set up files, and prepared forms for US and foreign litigation and prosecution patents, trademarks and copyrights.
