Central: Assisted the Senior Vice President of their Corporate Legal Deparment, his staff and the Office Manager with preparation of a table of all their agreements, updated files and scanned documents for their system Tyre Energy: Printed and prepared legal documents for a document production Butler Manufacturing: Helped a Vice President and General Counsel with preparation of correspondence, memorandums, input Outlook Contacts for the Vice President, opened and distributed mail for various departments, assisted other departments with various projects and answered phones. Participated as a member of the Expedite Team for an Engineering Department assisting Project Managers locate shipping materials for builders and giving updated status reports; Child Health Corporation of America: Assisted a Vice President in the Business Strategic Department, kept her calendar in Outlook, scheduled teleconferences and meetings, compiled information for various projects, printed information from the internet for her projects, assisted forum members with registration, and helped other staff with preparation of documents for forums; Bryan Cave, LLP: Fulfilled a temporary to permanent position.
