Daily Duties at Hanson Bridgett:

Maintained calendar for Head of Business Section and Member of the Management Committee scheduling teleconferences, meetings with clients, and outside appointments, scheduled monthly section meetings provided an outside speaker and luncheons, extensive contact with clients, kept contact listings updated, prepared correspondence, confidential memos, extensive IP offerings and corporate documents, proofread pre-bills, forwarded to other attorneys for their comments, confirmed final copies are correct for clients, prepared timesheets daily, prepared expense reports for reimbursement, assisted in planning Business Section’s Holiday party, did extensive printing of all communication with clients and other attorneys for placing in client files, and scan documents to send to clients and other attorneys. I also assisted a Senior Partner, and an Associate and a Paralegal in the Business Section.
