Planned manager's meetings and Employee Appreciation Events. 15- 1500 people. Ordered food, drinks and entertainment. Travel reservations, expense reports, calendars and scheduling, Budget Analyst - maintained Excel and Access spreadsheets confidential in nature. Compiled reports, using WORD and Corp. Software. General Administrative tasks for VP of Production and other management. Ordered class supplies for training.
