Acted as liaison between the Regional Service Center and our stores (servicing seven distribution centers - covering five states). Analyzed inventory and financial reports to help resolve issues and improve store profitability. Assisted in managing daily replenishment duties. Provided customer service to suppliers, department managers, and merchandisers. Trained and mentored new RBAs. Resolved customer issues and complaints. Planned and coordinated the daily outbound freight.
