Accounting Associate Receivables Applied payments received to invoices. Prepared bank deposits. Transmitted credit card payments for authorization and settlement. Entered and transmitted bank draft batches to bank. Posted all batches to customer accounts. Received transmittal from bank for retail lockbox, converted to MAStermind and posted to customer accounts. Reconciled returned checks. Sent letters and forms for Automatic Monthly Credit Card or Bank Draft payments. Returned undepositable or damaged checks. Entered credits and cancellations. Researched and resolved misapplied payments and completed paperwork for customer refunds.
