Accounts Receivable Administrator Responsible for application of money received to proper tenant accounts. Prepared deposit slips for over 20 accounts and made bank deposits. Coded checks received and checks from 11 lockbox accounts for deposit. Applied payments received to correct accounts using CTI. Posted all batches entered. Processed returned checks. Prepared check request forms. Converted and applied prepaids and credits. Provided customer service to tenants. Also entered monthly sales figure for Lease Administration and helped enter A/P invoices. Other duties as assigned
