Answered phones, organized the workload of 8 loan processors, kept logs on disclosures, actual loans in process, cancelled loan storage logs, had contact with the actual borrowers as well as the different Premier Branch Managers around the country as to the status of their loans, distributed credit denial letters and HMDA’s. Aided the Intake Specialist with her job as needed. This company downsized, and this division closed mid-June, leaving me the need to find other employment.
