Daily Duties at Eu Services:
Monitors Data Input Maintains Inventory in Computer System Utilizes Quality Control Reports Reports Inventory Discrepancies to the proper departments Proof reads all written documents Reviews and ensures proper Processing of all job jackets Pulls Customer Samples and Reviews them for the Highest Quality before being sent to our customers. Issues Jobs from PSI Management System Creates, Produces, and Maintains reports in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Knowledge Point Utilizes our Work Queue System Pre-receives and generates Labels for envelope and fan-fold jobs Assists as Back-Up for Receptionist when needed. Ensures end of the month ink, and press supplies inventory is completed and Assists with the Pressroom, Bindery Managers, Supervisors, and Vice President of Printing on Special Projects Assist in Locating lost information and returning it to the proper places Creates, Produces, and types Memos, Letters, minutes, and meeting information sheets Keeps the most current and accurate information on all of the employees in the Pressroom and Bindery
