•Provided direct support for Principal Real-estate developers, as well as additional support to entire office staff as requested. •Prepared Buyer contracts and full sales packages, enter buyer information into Salesforce computer database, deliver contracts and checks to escrow attorney for execution, and send buyer final executed contract. •Salesforce Database Administration •Network Administration, including staff level access and Executive Level file access •Processed all soft cost invoices for Accounting Bill Run (twice per month). •Prepared marketing and/or loan packages. •Assisted with unit Punch Outs. •Coordinated marketing functions with Graphic Designer, such as Marketing Materials, printing, advertisements, pricing updates and marketing forms. •Coordinated Buyer Design Services with Interior Design Firm. Track and maintain RFQ’s (Request for Quote’s) for Construction Office. •Created and maintained Contractor’s Agreement and Change Orders. •Created and monitored Owner and Subcontractor Pay Applications using A1A Documentation, as well as G701 and G702 forms. •Job-costing for each individual project through tracking and maintaining money movement, including, but not limited to: Purchase Orders, Pay Applications, Invoicing, and allowances. •Arranged travel for company Principals. •Maintained Petty Cash •Ordered office supplies •Maintained and updated computer software on all office workstations •Building maintenance •Internet Research on other real-estate properties
