Track and maintain RFQ’s (Request for Quote’s) for Construction Office. •Created and maintained Contractor’s Agreement and Change Orders. •Created and monitored Owner and Subcontractor Pay Applications using A1A Documentation, as well as G701 and G702 forms. •Job-costing for each individual project through tracking and maintaining money movement, including, but not limited to: Purchase Orders, Pay Applications, Invoicing, and allowances. •Arranged travel for company Principals. •Maintained Petty Cash •Ordered office supplies •Maintained and updated computer software on all office workstations •Building maintenance •Internet Research on other real-estate properties
