Daily Duties at New York Yankees:

•Collaborated with executive management in development, operations, and scouting departments, in order to reduce multi-million dollar budget by 10% annually. •Oversaw and administered all aspects of employee hiring process, including contract approval and maintenance of confidential files. •Office manager for internal development/operations staff of 20+, while overseeing an external staff of 100+, in charge of ordering of supplies, approval, processing vacation requests, and other various office administrative issues. •Reviewed, coded, and approved all affiliate expenses and input them into proper documentation for reimbursements. •Assisted scouting department with annual preparation for Free Agent Draft, including draft room set-up, creation of player files and important documents critical to meeting necessary deadlines. •General Manager of Rookie League Club, which included hiring of umpires and interns, knowledge of rules and regulations, and roster maintenance. •Coordinated player and staff travel arrangements, housing/hotel reservations, rental car provisions, and finance issues for players and staff.
