Daily Duties at Cuhaci & Peterson Architects:
Answer phones, make appointments, schedule meeting that are internal and external with outlook. Copying, faxing, and scanning. Also do courier, mail, and FedEx. Do AIA contract, Supplemental Authorizations for Architects and contractors. Type letters, do permitting, spec books, organizing, set up site visits in and out of states. Publix books, which means I need to get all the required information that Publix wants in their kick off books, in turn means aerial views, soil reports, jurisdictions, renderings, schedules, permitting, then need to bind the books. Work with CRM, Excel, Word, and leaderview. Familiarize myself with the clients and the projects. We work with American Express for the travel. Expense reports and time sheets. Make schedules with Microsoft project. Book conference rooms. Order supplies for the team and make sure that we always have the supplies that we need. Make folders for the jobs that are current. Sometime need to back up the receptionist
