Daily Duties at Carlson Wagonlit Travel At U.S. Consulate General:
Coordinated complex, international travel for 2000 U.S. diplomatic personnel from nine facilities across a four country region. Served as exclusive account representative to VIP diplomatic personnel including the U.S. Ambassadors to Germany, Luxembourg and The Netherlands. As a team leader for the last three years, trained and supervised four subordinate employees. Planned and executed extensive travel, lodging and transportation logistics for 'Outreach Europe', a GSA-sponsored fice-day conference involving over 1000 attendees in Heidelberg, Germany. Coordinated all aspects of the establishment of a new Carlson Wagontlit Travel operation at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility in Wiesbaden, Germany. Directed the physical move of the U.S. Consulate Frankfurt office to a new Consulate facility, while simultaneously upgrading it to a regional travel center.
