Daily Duties at Odyssey Healthcare:

Served as corporate liaison. Coordinated and managed all business and financial affairs and other operational activities related to the administration of the office including: accounting/billing functions, management of the computer information system, medical records functions, and management of the office support staff. Managed expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company’s budget. Interacted with other managers and directors on a professional level to ensure their administrative needs were met by the support staff. Worked closely with the medical director and general manager to facilitate communication and efficiency within the entire company. Ensured timely responses to employee, management and corporate requests. Accurately processed payroll, maintained human resource department with personnel files, and processed employee terminations. Prepared corporate reports, meeting all deadlines, served on interdisciplinary team to ensure Medicare requirements were consistently met. Attended corporate and management meetings when appropriate. Supervised all administrative staff.
