Daily Duties at Vanguard Cleaning Systems:
Serves as operations manager for company and company president. Manages all incoming franchise calls and account calls. Ensures client retention thru customer service program – responsible for lowest attrition rate nationwide. Supervises and motivates 40 employees to include: telemarketers, sales team, franchisees and admin teams ensuring productivity and superb delivery of customer service on a consistent basis. Develops and implements budgetary goals, sales projections, policies and procedures to ensure company model is accurately followed. Supervises all office and field staff, ensuring all services for franchise sales and account sales run smoothly. Troubleshoots and intervenes with account or franchise situations and account quality control, ensuring client satisfaction. Responsible for developing and maintaining successful vendor relationships. Conducts franchise presentations and janitorial training sessions, to include OSHA and HIPPA training.
