Daily Duties at Cingular Wireless:
Managed a team of 18 employees in daily call center operations. • Provide employees with tools to maintain and increase service levels to the customers. • Work closely with other Managers to promote sales contest, clarify information, and distribute reports. • Report daily/weekly/monthly adherence and service statistics to area manager and the director of call center
