 Keyed inventory receipts  Keyed Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll  (QuickBooks)  Keyed Journal Entries and balanced Working Trial Sheet  Printed P & Ls and audited them when error occurred  Reconciled banks, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable  Created database programs for Payroll and Accounts Payables  Used Excel worksheets to get work done more efficiently  Learned a lot about IT from our support team in Ohio and helped our locations and office staff when problems arouse  Used MS Office programs regularly  Computer Literate(95-Vista),set up e-mails, installing software  Used the 10 key method daily(average 10,000 strokes per hour)  Type 50 wpm  Filed & keyed invoices/credit memos/etc.  Sent faxes from fax machine and from Desktop, copier and scanned to e-file and e-mail, operated postage meter machine  Experience with back-up with phones when needed(7 lines)  Computer back-up daily/shutdown once a month  Responsible for Sales Tax and Disposal Tax keyed and paid online  Keyed in National Accounts(Michelin/Bandag)  Helped with End of Year procedures with Accountant and CPA
