Daily Duties at Executive Director, Inc.:
• Assist with on-site management of annual meeting and course • Serve as Staff Liaison for committees, including preparing meeting minutes, assisting with correspondence and projects • Assist with proofreading, filing, writing and coordinating mailing of annual meeting and course program materials • Oversee the CME process for the Annual Meeting and CME course • Coordinate the online abstract submission process • Assist committee with the abstract review process • Work with selected presenters and faculty to obtain required forms • Coordinate requests for manuscripts • Oversee Research Grant process, including processing applications, corresponding with grant recipients and tracking payments • Oversee Endowment Fund fundraising programs, including corresponding with management company • Oversee and coordinate awards and scholarship programs including, processing applications, corresponding with recipients
