• Assisted Property Manager in all aspects of Apartment budget, landscaping, market rents, and building rehabs. • Processed all monthly rents and pursued rent and utility collections. • Filed and conducted evictions pursuant to Florida Law. • Processed and coded accounts receivable. • Direct supervisor for Leasing and Maintenance Staff. • Oversaw all leasing aspects in compliance with Florida Fair Housing Guidelines. • Conducted credit and criminal background checks on prospective residents. • Assigned and managed maintenance requests to insure customer satisfaction. • Responsibly for conducting and creating property marketing. • Created all property leasing paperwork. • Interviewed, hired, and trained members of Leasing Staff. • Prepared and processed all tenant leases and renewals. • Auditing off all resident files on a quarterly basis.
