Daily Duties at Every Piece Delivered:

Served four years as office manager for this 27-member marketing consulting and printing facility. Directly supervised twelve member office staff in sales, product ordering and inventory control, payroll, scheduling, and website maintenance/development. Additional tasks consisted of serving as executive level assistant to CEO including but not limited to creation of travel itineraries, personal document preparation, and general administrative functions. Individual position duties included Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable functions, financial report preparation and office expense auditing, management of office petty cash funds, presentation of monthly status reports to ownership, collection of past due accounts, and servicing of accounts for elite clientele. Gained extensive familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access) and gained advanced certification in Quick Books Professional Edition 2008.
