Daily Duties at Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center:

I previously held the position of Administrative Assistant for two Executives(CFO and General Counsel) for a widely known Tampa Bay area non-profit. I managed their calendars, made travel arrangements, booked seminars and conferences, made reservations, had food catered for meetings, arranged web and telephone conference calls, helped with PowerPoint presentations, returned emails for them, opened and sorted mail for three departments as well as ordered supplies, FedEx documents, edited contracts, arranged monthly birthday celebrations and company wide meetings, take minutes for three separate committee's, along with sending out agendas and invites, file, fax, scan, posted vacation schedules on a shared calendar, put in requests through intranet system for Facilities department as well as Information Services department. Posted items on the intranet with hyperlinks and create and updated organization charts for 7 departments using Visio, ran the reception area and telephone board when needed. I have run background checks, helped out in Human Resources by giving new hire paper work to employees, scheduling and presenting orientations for seasonal employees. Though I worked in the Finance department, I helped out in many other departments. Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, medium Excel skills in Excel and Project. Also, fluent in Spanish. Used PaperPort to convert pdf's to Word documents, Track-It system, and WebEx
