Daily Duties at Law Firm:
• Various accounting, tax, time and management, and database packages • Monthly duties include: processing receipts, billing, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, financial statements • Managed conversion to new accounting system (including conversion of general ledger accounts, payables, receivables, billables, etc.) • Office/facilities management • Systems Administrator for a 40-user LAN (Windows NT and Windows Server 2000) and various telephone and voicemail systems • Install and troubleshoot PC hardware, including SCSI controller cards; floppy, hard, CD and DVD drives; modems; printers and various peripherals • Troubleshoot software, hardware, server, and network issues
