Daily Duties at Xos Technologies:

Responsible for implementing and administering all facets of the human resources operations for 100 employees including: • Act as a consultant to senior management, recruiting, talent evaluation, compensation structure, benefits, employer relations, employee communications, training and development, workers compensation and compliance with all federal and state statutes • Work with managers to oversee and update policies, develop training and orientation programs, review compensation and benefits, and oversee corporate HR compliance • Secure qualified employees for organization by developing and managing recruiting, orientation, and placement programs • Sustain equitable compensation by designing and administering pay, benefits, incentive, and bonus programs; and managing the payroll function • Maintain consistent actions across the organization by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing human resources policies and procedures; obtaining senior management buy-in on new programs; developing managers’ leadership skills • Maintain organization compliance by identifying and enforcing legal requirements; providing training for completing requirements; submitting reports • Provide coaching to our leadership staff and assisting them with human resource issues • Manage day to day HR responsibilities along with employee life cycle management
