Daily Duties at Atrium Staffing:
Heavy calendar management requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants. Answering and directing all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports, documents and correspondence. Various administrative duties such as presentation preparation, written and statistical document proofreading, photocopying, faxing, filing, file maintenance, expense reports, travel. Brand and marketing project assistance. Daily use of computer systems including ACT, Lotus Notes, Admarc, PeopleSoft, all Microsoft Office applications and Internet browsers on both Mac and PC formats. Managing creative aspects such as presentation boards, tear sheets, PowerPoint, image database searches, look book composition. Daily use of packaging and mailing systems including messenger services and online deliverability mail.
