Daily Duties at Modern Medical:

 Work directly with hospitals and workers compensation companies to provide home health needs and/or medical equipment  Gather all necessary medical information pertaining to an injured worker  Negotiating contracts with home health agencies to provide: nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and/or home heath aids, to an injured worker.  Provide care to an injured worker in a timely and effective manner  Act as a liaison/case manager for the injured worker to address any needs, issues, or concerns and provide prompt resolution  Provides quality customer service to promote the corporate vision, mission and values  Provides superior customer service to all internal and external clients  Conducts follow-up phone calls with patients, medical facilities, insurance companies, employers, workers compensation, vendors or attorneys, as needed  Provide weekly progress reports to clients  Maintains records/files for clients  Conducts work independently with minimal supervision  Billing for home therapy service and durable medical equipment to comply with workers compensation fee schedules  Ability to organize work and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
