Manage eight franchise accounts consisting of several hundred franchisees' from order placement though production and shipping of printed business and marketing materials. Telephone and email contact with franchisee's including placing orders, problem solving, etc... Coordinated shipping of printed materials on a weekly schedule. Maintained all records by individual franchisee account.
