Daily Duties at Virtual Solutions:
• Responsible for gathering requirements, recruiting qualified candidates (from various sources), presenting candidates to clients, and closing candidates and clients to fill requirements. Increased employee count at Virtual Solutions from 80 to 140 employees during my employment in this position. • Experienced in recruiting for high-level positions such as: project managers, business analysts, programmers, and DBA’s. • Updated team of executives (internal clients) on IT consultant market, which included salary fluctuations, competitive information, and retention concerns. • Promoted from Webmaster to Corporate Recruiter after proving my recruiting abilities on the Internet. Left due to company being sold to Metamor Solutions, now Metamor Worldwide. WebMaster • Researched various markets and Internet functions including; Internet Recruiting, Intranet Development, Internet Development, Internet Marketing, Internet Research, and Technical Writing. • Experience was under the direction of the CEO to find information on expanding recruiting, competitor information, creating top ten results on search engines for searches on words related to our company, etc. Due to my success as a Webmaster, the CEO promoted me to Corporate Recruiter.
