Daily Duties at Hilton Charlotte Center City :

I am currently a Conference Sales Manager for the Hilton Charlotte Center City. This is a high intensity position that requires exceptional people skills and the ability to multitask. Daily activities entail:  Book and service convention and social groups for up to 50 room nights  Manage large client events for up to 800 and create Banquet for Event orders  Represent the hotel at industry events  Respond to phone leads, as well as online inquiries from Hilton National Sales  Provide clients with site tours were other assignments  Customer service and detail orientation are key to this position
