Daily Duties at Hilton Charlotte Center City :
I am currently a Conference Sales Manager for the Hilton Charlotte Center City. This is a high intensity position that requires exceptional people skills and the ability to multitask. Daily activities entail: Book and service convention and social groups for up to 50 room nights Manage large client events for up to 800 and create Banquet for Event orders Represent the hotel at industry events Respond to phone leads, as well as online inquiries from Hilton National Sales Provide clients with site tours were other assignments Customer service and detail orientation are key to this position
