Responsible for month end close, posted reclass entries and maintained accrual schedules. Responsible for cash management and bank reconciliations's. Maintained fixed assets and depreciation for all 8 companies. Reconciled balance sheet account monthly. Performed accounts analysis to determine proper month-end adjusting entries. Prepared budgets and forecast. Assisted Payroll Manager in processing and analyzing payroll for 120 employees. Reconcile Intercompany transactions with other divisions and with corporate. Responsible for the preparation of Financial Statements.
