Daily Duties at First Union Corp. (Now Wachovia):
For the last two years at First Union, I was SVP of Branch Operations, including the following departments: - Customer Service - Affilate Partnerships (including New York Life, USAA and Fidelity Investments. - Internal Call Center - First Union's in-bound/outbound telemarketingcenter - Finance - IT - Marketing and Advertising Prior to that, I was SVP of Sales (38 states, 500+ salespeople) I left First Union of my own aaccord to speak/train/write for a living. I'm willing to ttravel, but not 200 days a year as Ihave for the past 11 years.
