Daily Duties at Gem Engineering:

Provided administrative support to A&E department manager as well as two project coordinators. Designed and maintained design logs for accounting and communication purposes. Researched and resolved any accounting problems with clients/vendors concerning receipt of goods/services. Conducted collection calls on delinquent accounts and reported to Department Manager, Project Coordinators, Vice President and Accounting Manager my conclusions.
