Daily Duties at 24 Hour Fitness:
Managed over 35 employees throughout the facility performing all aspects of facility management including recruiting and training of front desk and kid's club staff. Maintained high levels of customer service and demonstrated strong leadership qualities to enhance the public image of the facility. * Performed all recruiting, hiring and training of all front desk and kid's club staff. * Performed daily banking functions and audited daily POS transactions to ensure accuracy. * Responsible for maintaining payroll expenses at or below budget while driving club efforts in achieving revenue goals. Responsible for meeting or exceeding quarterly inspection scores. * Accountable for promotions of merchandising and supplements while maintaining inventory control.
