Daily Duties at Purvis Industries:

Used strong database expertise to manage complex inventory and quality control projects. Standardized multiple business forms for improved internal workflow processes. Vendor relationships improved due to my diplomatic communication and professionalism. * Provided all administrative support, coordination, and scheduling to the Vice President of Operations as well as offering support to VP of Marketing, Regional and Business Managers on various projects assigned. * Managed inventory and quality control of database information, sales reports, supplier reference library, and corrected any deficiencies. * Received and screens visitors and / or telephone calls and appropriately notifies the appropriate person, takes and relays accurate messages, and answers routine inquiries. Opened, sorted, reviewed and distributed mail. * Maintained and distributed monthly supplier cost of goods sold and transfer reports. * Prepared travel arrangements, negotiated airline, ground transportation and lodging pricing and arranged complete travel itineraries for over 30 locations. * Arranged meeting sites, perform venue inspections and negotiated contracts with vendors and caterers. Planned on and off site conferences and meetings from inception to completion.
