Daily Duties at Smith's Medical:
Enter and maintain purchase orders and files. Resolve financial aspect of supplier plant returns, supplier invoice, pricing and orders for destruction. Ensure that specifications are completed by vendors. Compiles and send weekly/ monthly forecast reports, set-up new suppliers, send out quarterly/yearly Purchasing Policies. Maintain Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA’s) on file, enter and maintain vendor contract information into the Purchasing Contracts database.
