Daily Duties at Us Lacrosse:
Manage online and museum gift shop sales; product development, marketing and inventory management. Participate and assist in management of US Lacrosse vendor booths at select US Lacrosse events. Assist in management of archives. Key accomplishments and responsibilities include: • Manage all US Lacrosse retail products sales and development for multiple “stores” • Review and design products for sale, including approval of US Lacrosse endorsement and brand management, subsequently sell all items, train additional staff • Create all retail displays both in-house and at US Lacrosse special events • Analyze sales and fashion trends and purchase accordingly • Collaborate with vendors on resale of US Lacrosse products; assist internal departments in ordering of products for their needs • Maintain excellent customer service levels • Implement two new Point-of-Sale systems and launch a new online store • Coordinate logistics of group visits and museum events/rentals • Review and create yearly budgets and monthly reports • Increase sales numbers at US Lacrosse special events, work as special events staff member • Review/edit some US lacrosse publications; Wrote the “Your Money at Work” section of Lacrosse Magazine • National Level 1 Coaching Education Trainer
