Daily Duties at Nationwide Construction:

Worked directly for the General Contractor and assisted with the day-to-day operations of the entire construction firm. Project management and supervision on multiple projects for nationwide for clients such as Wal-Mart Stores, Subway Restaurants, as well as, various other Real Estate Development Companies. Specific duties included: initial sales, customer proposals and invitation to bid packages, contract administration, procurement, subcontractor awards, scheduling, cost control – documentation and records, and close out documents. Responsible for customer management including daily/weekly construction reports with photos. Oversaw project safety and enhanced customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and a proven track record.
