Daily Duties at National City Bank :

Performed duties relating to employee benefits, provided customer service, and scheduled meetings for managers, monitor health care plans. Answered employees’ questions, recorded employee enrollment in benefits and group insurance programs. Explained and interpreted company insurance programs to employees, dependents and retirees. Completed or verified information on application forms submitted by employees. Filed records of claims and filled out cancellation forms when employees left company service. Coordinated the annual open enrollment process, assembled information packages for our region. Also was responsible for employee discount information to various discount clubs: Sam’s Club and amusement parks here in PA, OH and other surrounding areas.
