Daily Duties at National City Bank:
Responsibilities included assisting the manager and staff in all administrational duties. Creates and maintain files, monitor budget, travel arrangements, personnel salary reviews and grade level adjustments. Assist manager in the formulating of operational procedures. Scheduled appointments, provided information to callers, read and routed incoming mail. Greeted visitors, ascertained nature of business, and conducted visitors to appropriate personnel.
