Daily Duties at Linens 'N Things, Inc:

Performed all administrative duties for the Executive Vice President of Stores, including (but not limited to) heavy calendaring, travel arrangements, video & teleconferences, expense reporting, bi-annual management reviews, internal corporate & field management communication. On a field-wide level, was responsible for maintenance & administration of the company cars program. Was also responsible for the re-districting of stores in the AS400 system, once reorganizations took place, as well as communicating those changes to company staff on a regular basis. Maintained visibility for the EVP with all other senior executives within the company, including the CEO, CFO & Board of Directors. Coordinated the planning & arrangement of travel, ground transportation, rooming lists & food/beverage/audio visual needs for on-site & off-site field management conferences, as well as corporate meetings & luncheons. Acted as a liaison between Store Operations & the rest of the organization, incorporating basic tasks with more detail-oriented requests in order to maintain a cohesive atmosphere whenever needed.
