Daily Duties at Aradiant:
Assistant Customer Care iGuide Supervisor / iGuide Level I - Customer Service Representative
- Provide assistance to supervisor in support of business objectives including:
• Remedial training
• Providing quality control support
• Managing the work schedule in the supervisor’s absence
• Enforcement of the company’s policies and procedures
• Managing escalated calls to provide optimum customer service - Excellent customer service
- Input of new customer information into system
Basic computer trouble-shooting
- Technical assistance with the Internet
- Respond promptly, professionally and effectively to customer issues through multiple communication channels
- Maintain the security of all transactions
- Maintain productivity standards in the course of managing consumer contacts
- Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of internal systems and procedures for all customers
- Provide information about daily operations to supervisors
- Perform special projects as assigned by Management
