Daily Duties at Newgen Results Corporation:

Customer Service Administrative Assistant / Sales Channel Administrative Assistant

  • Receive and process e-mails, faxes and mail

  • Log incoming communications to be distributed

  • Process account changes in the database

  • Create, maintain and update training information as needed

  • Train agents on processes

  • Verify client information and resolve any problems that arise

  • File communications and documents

  • Process reports to track number of calls received during a certain time period and the disposition of those calls

  • Make mystery calls to dealerships as a customer buying a vehicle to be used in a meetings with a dealership to compare handling of calls between their staff and our own call center

  • Create documents for training material

  • Reference lists for agents

  • Complete special projects requested

  • Maintain up to date information on the business
