As a Mailroom / Receptionist I was responsible for sorting, distributing and delivering all inter-office and US postal mail. Ordering all office supplies and maintaining all office equipment. Greet all customers and outside vendors. Maintained switchboard and directed incoming phone calls. As a Car Sales Administrator I was responsible for assigning titles. I also maintained relationships with other regional offices. As an Accounting Assistant for Fleet Services I was responsible for accounts payable and receivable. Fixed assets and daily bank deposits.
