Daily Duties at Perfection Group:
Coordinate all administrative operations for response operations center. Responsible for invoicing, weekly cost reports, resolution transcription and ordering of supplies. Communicate all deadlines to field technicians and outside contractors. Weekly payroll processing including cost coding. Order office supplies. Answer phones and answer all general questions or direct customer to right source.
