Daily Duties at Kiewit Corporation:
Coordinate all business and administrative operations for construction project. Responsible for accounts payables, invoices, drafting of weekly labor reports, certified payroll submission and monthly cost reporting. Weekly payroll processing including cost coding. Maintain all project document records. Order office supplies. Communicate all deadlines to project engineers, superintendents and field personnel. Answer phones and answer all general questions or direct customer to right source.
