Daily Duties at Burke Coffee Company:

This position involved starting this company and coordinating the construction of the first café. This included staffing, ordering, inventory, training, maintaining the POS system, payroll and scheduling. Gathering of all information through the month and establishing a profit and loss statement. Adjusting costs to maintain a profit and report it to the owner. Duties also included establishing a marketing plan and implementation. In the second year we had more than doubled our original expectations.
