Daily Duties at Citizens Communication:
Trained designers and various departments on product design and troubleshooting product design. Developing and implementing systems to adapt to new products and ensure flow throughout TBS system to billing. Development of inventory system to accommodate engineering processes and an accurate inventory of each circuit throughout network. Measure employee performance, motivate and instruct three teams for a database clean up project. Direct team leads on course of action for their specific group, advise on problem situations, intervening when necessary to find resolutions. Interface with all departments in order to find answers and training needs. Clean up conversion of old database to TBS program. Training employees in the TBS program, clean up procedures, basic circuit design, to read as builds and convert to TBS language.
